Dr. Joynicole Martinez is an award-winning epidemiologist, founder of The Alchemist Agency, international keynote speaker, executive coach and trainer and member of Forbes’ Coaches Council. Dr. Martinez has 20 years of experience providing policy and operational development, and board training, strategic planning, and performance management to client providers of healthcare, housing, and education across the globe.

As a community advancement and population health expert, Joynicole has developed initiatives that reach across disciplines to strengthen health and wellness, including the development of mixed-income, mixed-finance housing communities that encompass programming addressing social determinants of health, equity and human rights.

Continuing to develop plans to address racism and inequality without asking and then honoring the response of those most affected what they want and how they want it is offensive and symptomatic of the elitist and privileged arrogance that has too long plagued the globe.
